Visiting Instructor or Assistant Professor position in Gender and Womens Studies for the academic year 2010-11. Expected courses include the introductory gender and womens studies course plus courses in the candidates area of expertise. Bowdoin is a small, liberal arts college, with motivated students and a two-course teaching load per semester. The successful candidate should demonstrate the potential for excellent teaching and the ability to work closely with colleagues and students in an interdisciplinary program.
