UNHCR Concert in Beijing

Dear friends,

There is currently a growing number and proportion of refugees who are taking up residence in cities and towns, serious difficulties encountered by many urban refugees in their efforts to access protection, solutions, livelihoods and services in urban settings.

Based on the principle of the rights of refugees, the UNHCR is organizing a concert on Friday June 18th, 2010 in order to raise awareness about refugees.

The concert will be held at Yu Gong Yi Shan and entry tickets are all 35 rmb (student rate) and 50 rmb (non-students).
