Let's help the University of Camerino! (special thanks to ThinkIN China)

 
Dear ThinkIN China friends, as many of you might know, since the end of August the center regions of Italy have been hit by a sequence of powerful earthquakes that has caused many casualties, damages to wonderful historic architectural treasures and obliged thousands of people to leave their houses and move out to their hometowns. The territory between Marche, Umbria, Lazio and Abruzzo regions is still shaking, with its population living out of fear of a new powerful earthquake. It's almost impossibile to go back to normal life and local economies are seriously ruined.

Camerino is a lively city with 10.000 students enrolled in the famous university, established in 1336. The earthquake has seriously damaged many buildings, but all the citizens, students, professors and administrative staff are working hard to keep the university alive.

We believe that, as an academic association and a network of international students and scholars, we must act to support this university, its tradition and its academic life. For this reason, we invite all our friends to help the University of Camerino that get back on its feet. The citizens won't give up, let's help them in this hard task.
